Several options such as USPS, UPS, expedited, and local pickup are available for the customers according to different needs.

We accept return and exchange requests for the products. Damaged items should be reported in 48 hours. For other returns, buyers have a time period of 30 days.

For all types of returns, it is necessary to get the return authorization number first before returning the products. Moreover, for personal reasons of return, buyers have to pay a 20 % restocking fee.
