Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, Kara Beauty was established by Linda Smith in 2011. Linda fell in love with makeup artistry and started her journey by working with MAC cosmetics, where she discovered her creativity.

After receiving certification, Linda moved to Florida to enhance her skill set and take on new challenges. Later she moved to the Big Apple, New York City, and opened a flagship counter, Shu Uemura, in Bloomingdales. She worked with Estee Lauder, Bare Escentuals, and Laura Mercier to understand the industry.

The market knowledge, experience, and confidence in her skills encouraged Linda to take her business to the next level and launch Kara Beauty. It is a full cosmetic line ranging from skincare, eyes, lips to face, and beauty tools.
