  • Account Registration (SSO):

    When you register for an Account on SeeBiz through (SSO), we ask for your contact information, including items such as:

    • Your Business / Personal Email
    • Your Business / Personal Name
    • Your Business Address
    • Your Business / Personal Phone Number.

    If you are the Seller (registered to sell your products on SeeBiz), we will also ask you to provide details about the goods and products that you intend to sell via the Platform and details about your sales/transactions on seebiz.com

    if you are a Buyer (registered to buy products on SeeBiz), we will also ask you to provide details or preferences about the goods and products that you may be interested in buying via the Platform and any details or preferences relevant to your purchases;

  • Payment Information:

    When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor (that be very). We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, subscriber information through our third-party payment processor.

  • Communications:

    If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

    Information you submit to the Platform for publication may be made publicly available on the Platform and therefore accessible by any internet user. You should exercise caution when deciding what information you submit to us for publication.

    In order to facilitate your use of the services available on the Platform (including on websites and/or mobile applications), we may request access to, and you may provide us with, contents stored in your devices including but not limited to contacts in the address book, photos, videos and/or other files. If you are using our communication tools on the Platform (particularly in the case of voice communication), we may require access to your camera and/or microphone and may conduct voice recordings.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our platform. In Short:  SSO is a hassle-free authentication method, that requires you to log in only once.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a unique authentication that allows users to access multiple applications of our ecosystem with a single set of credentials.

Our SSO products are designed to simplify the verification process and create a seamless environment when accessing our multiple apps, portals, and servers.

With our SSO implementations, the need for our users to enter their login credentials for individual applications has been entirely removed.

SSO helps streamline the user experience, aid movement between our applications and services, and secure pertinent customer information. In a nutshell, SSO helps us to build a one-brand experience by eliminating any friction between our two platforms of diverse categories of products. Specific information about how we can implement such technologies is set out in our SSO Policy.

Minor information:

In Short:  We do not knowingly collect data from the market on children under 16 years of age.

As a business-to-business (B2B) company, SeeBiz collects information mainly in the course of providing products and services to our business customers, including B2B communications and transactions. SeeBiz does not knowingly collect personal information (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”) from children. Online registration and our platform usage are restricted to adults who are professionally engaged in the businesses we serve. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected personal information in violation of COPPA, contact us at contact@seebiz.com. We will remove the personal information under COPPA. We do not knowingly “sell,” as that term is defined under the CCPA, the personal information of minors under 16 years old who are California residents.

  • To verifying your identity and conducting security, KYU (know-your-user) and anti-money laundering diligence and background checks in order to set up user accounts;
  • Verifying your eligibility to register as a Platform user in accordance with our Terms of Use here
  • Setting up / administering user accounts, including providing log-in IDs and developing a Platform profile;
  • Providing users with customer service support; responding to queries, feedback, and managing claims and/or disputes;
  • Facilitating communication between Buyers and Sellers via the Platform,
  • Sending and serving tailored marketing and advertising that we believe will be of interest to you based on the ways in which you use the Platform, your browsing records, and order history;
  • Performing research or statistical analysis in order to improve the content and layout of the Platform, and to improve the product offerings and services on Alibaba.com, including, for example, using anonymized data for machine learning purposes;
  • Identifying, developing and marketing and advertising products and services that we believe you will value, including across browsers and devices, in accordance with applicable laws. Cookies or other similar technologies may be used to provide you with advertising based on your browsing activities and interests (see section E.“COOKIES”). Where we are required by applicable law, we will seek your consent prior to sending you communications for marketing purposes;
  • When you use services that require access to contents stored in and/or functions on your devices (including but not limited to contacts in the address book, photos, videos, microphone and/or camera), we use your photos, videos, contact information in your address book, and other personal information to respond to your requests, provide the requested services to you, and improve our services.

Information transfers:

In Short:  We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in different countries. Your information may be transferred, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information.

These countries may not have data protection or other laws as comprehensive as those in the US. But We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information through their privacy policy and applicable law.

Information Saved Duration:

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than our defined duration.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (For example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

User Deactivations:

In Short:  User cannot deactivate his account or his products as long as he fulfills the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

  • For Deactivating products: The vendor can only deactivate a product if the product does not have any “active orders” or “Pending quotations” associated with that product. If the user exceeds deactivation, the system will add the product URL to the redirection list and keep it there for 3 months. If a product link is placed anywhere on the website or in the dashboards, deactivating that product will not change it. The system will record the deactivation date.
  • For Deactivating Account: A user can only be deactivated if he has no active order or pending quotations on any product. If the user’s product has active order or open quotations, the admin can’t perform bulk deactivate action but can deactivate users one by one. Admin also has to comment on the reason for each user who has active order or open quotations. The System will record the deactivation date.

Do Not Track Preferences:

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference and not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Security Measures:

We take reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security precautions to help protect the information of our users from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

All of our users' information is restricted within our offices, not just the sensitive information mentioned above. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job function (For example, our customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen savers to prevent unauthorized access when they leave their desks. When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access to their workstation, and in turn user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies, are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the industry standards to protect the Data, both during transmission and once received. Advertisements and Analytics:

In Short:  We utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hot-Jar (which may vary) to assist us in how to utilize and benefit from advertisements and clients' behavior on our platform.

In expansion, we work with organizations, promoters, advertisement agencies, and other innovation authorities to put promotions for our products on other websites. Also, we advertise through Google and most Social and digital platforms (like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) that you just may see on other platforms and services.

As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Service (including our website and emails) as well as into our advertisements shown on other websites. A few of these tracking technologies may track your activities across time and for purposes of associating the devices you use, and deliver relevant ads and/or other content to you“ Personalized Advertising”.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Withdrawing your consent: If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of Email Marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list–however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.

Right to (Review, Update, and Delete): Based on the Privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information.

These rights apply only to Nevada residents. A sale under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for monetary consideration by the business to a third party for the third party to license or sell the personal information to other third parties.
