The ATX’s journey began in the northern woods when we made jerky for our outdoor trips. We used a simple dehydrator and pre-mixed flavor packets, which was a fun and tasty way to prepare snacks. Before long, our little project turned into an adventure. We began experimenting with different spices and turned our kitchen into a lab.
