Since 1976, Eichtens Cheese has been a home for European-style domestic artisan cheese, Goudas and Tilsit made from real pasteurized cow's milk. It's a family-owned business that has been passed down through generations and is now owned by the third generation of the family. We ship the taste of tradition nationwide all year round.

Our cheese is made after undergoing a minimum of 60 days of aging, where cow's milk (unpasteurized) is aged for at least 60 days to ensure it is free from any pathogens, resulting in high-quality cheese.
