7. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht) – 14 Days

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item
For digital services, withdrawal applies only if you have not accessed or activated the product

Personalized or custom-made products
Products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (if sealed and opened)
