Established in 2020, Midland Ghost has been on a mission to bring delicious sauces and condiments to our customers. Our journey began when a friend gave us pepper seeds, believing the mild climate of West Central Georgia would lessen their intensity.

Since then, all the plants that we have grown stem from those very seeds, and we plan on harvesting them ourselves for years to come. The name, Midland Ghost, is a tribute to our foxhound, which continues our tradition of honoring values.

Our products are a result of trial and error, which has led us to create a perfect blend of flavors.
