The fair in our name stands for “Fair trade commerce” and “Intercultural education”.

Minga Fair Trade Imports is an organized social movement and a small business dedicated to supporting small businesses worldwide by connecting small producers and artisans with their retail counterparts, thereby facilitating the flow of cash from developed to developing countries.

Today, we have helped hundreds of thousands of small producers over the last 20+ years through this platform, and we intend to help more. Using this platform, artisans around the globe can sell their products and achieve financial stability.

We are a community, a network where we understand the importance of fair trade and connect artisans with retailers that truly admire their work, dedicated to the cause.

In June 2008, it was estimated that over 7.5 million disadvantaged producers and their families were benefiting from fair trade-funded infrastructure, technical assistance, and community development projects. We are proud of our artisan partners and are eager to tell their story.
