Long before Nome Sauce had a label or a bottle, for that matter, it haf a kitchen in Cameroon, a mother teaching her son how flavor gets built layer by layer, and a hand-ground pepper blend nobody wrote down because nobody thought they’d need to. Years later, homesick in the US and unable to find anything close to it on a shelf, that same recipe got recreated from memory.

It worked then, it still works now.

Today Nome Sauce is what happens when a family recipe meets a real supply chain. We parber with retailers and distributors who want more than another hot sauce SKU. They want a product with a story customers actually remember, backed by consistent quality and a founder who still checks every batch.
