Dropshipping is a technique in which a store ships products directly from wholesalers to customers. In this way, the store does not have to maintain physical possession of the goods. It doesn’t need to be in stock, it is purchased from a third party and shipped directly to the buyer. Stores do not require tons of money to start dropshipping. With less effort and a low budget, a business can earn a good hand of profit.

SeeBiz Inventory allows its users to use this method if they do not have items in stock. When a sales order is created, the user can mark it as a backorder or dropship. If the order is marked as the dropship, an icon appears with the order. In the next step, the vendor processes the order and sends a bill to the user. The process is not considered complete until the user receives a bill from the vendor.
