How to View and Manage Reports

Sales Reports records all the details of your sales in SeeBiz Inventory. This module enables you to view and analyze your sales orders, invoices, customers, and payments so that you can carefully plan your strategies.

Seebiz Inventory lets you view five types of sales reports:

  1. Sales Order Report
  2. Invoice Report
  3. Payment Received Report
  4. Packing Report
  5. Sales Return Report

Sales Order Report

This report displays all the sales orders that you have made in a certain time period. 

  • Select a Date Range 
  • You can either select a standard time period from the left column in Date Range i.e. week, month, year, last week, last month and so on. Or you can select custom dates.
  • When selecting a standard time period, the From and To date fields will be automatically selected.

After selecting the date range, the sales order reports for that time period will appear on the page.

The Sales Order report includes the following details: 

  • Date 
  • Sales Order Number 
  • Customer Name 
  • Reference 
  • Status 
  • Amount.

Invoice Report

This report displays all the invoices that you have made in a certain time period. 

  • Select a Date Range
  • You can either select a standard time period from the left column in Date Range i.e. week, month, year, last week, last month and so on. Or you can select custom dates.
  • When selecting a standard time period, the From and To date fields will be automatically selected.

After selecting the date range, the Invoice report for that time period will appear on the page.

The Invoice report includes the following details:  

  • Status 
  • Invoice Date
  • Due Date 
  • Invoice Number 
  • Sales Order Number 
  • Customer Name 
  • Invoice Amount 
  • Balance Due

Payment Received Report

This report displays all the payment receives that you have made in a certain time period. 

  • Select a Date Range
  • You can either select a standard time period from the left column in Date Range i.e. week, month, year, last week, last month and so on. Or you can select custom dates.
  • When selecting a standard time period, the From and To date fields will be automatically selected.

After selecting the date range, the payment received reports for that time period will appear on the page.

The Payments Received report includes the following details:  

  • Payment 
  • Date 
  • Reference 
  • Customer Name 
  • Payment Method 
  • Notes
  • Invoice Number 
  • Amount

Packing Report

This report displays all the packages that you have made in a certain time period. 

  • Select a Date Range 
  • You can either select a standard time period from the left column in Date Range i.e. week, month, year, last week, last month and so on. Or you can select custom dates.
  • When selecting a standard time period, the From and To date fields will be automatically selected.

After selecting the date range, the packing reports for that time period will appear on the page.

The packing report includes the following details: 

  • Date 
  • Package No 
  • Sales Order No 
  • Status 
  • Quantity.

Sales Return Report

This report shows the orders whose items have been returned due to various reasons.

To create sales return report, select the Sales Return report under the Sales section of the Reports page.

  • Select a Date Range 
  • You can either select a standard time period from the left column in Date Range i.e. week, month, year, last week, last month and so on. Or you can select custom dates.
  • When selecting a standard time period, the From and To date fields will be automatically selected.

After selecting the date range, the sales return reports for that time period will appear on the page.

The sales return report includes the following details:  

  • Date 
  • Sales Return No 
  • Sales Order No 
  • Status 
  • Returned Quantity
